Good affordable flats with enough amenities and security. Good quality construction and finishing. The brands used for tiles, glass, plumbing, and electric wiring, etc. are good. I do like it. Shops will make the living easy for the residents, and the shopkeepers will also have a good customer base.

Good facilities, Sai Baba temple, garden, security. Nearby grocery, vegetable, and chicken shop. Community is good and cooperative.
