Formed in 1998, Samraat Group under the leadership vision of Mr. Sujoy Gupta has seen a huge transformation in the constructional skyline of Nashik. It has been almost 2 decades, that this dynamic group has been the pioneer in designing and implementing first of its kind concepts not only in Nashik but stretched its wings further to the North of Maharashtra with its benchmark award-winning projects for the real estate industry to aspire for. 41+ projects with modern wonders of technology & architecture have been instrumental in changing the face of Nashik from village to forming Golden Triangle with Mumbai & Pune and matching lifestyles with them. Nashik, slated at 700 feet above the sea level, sees a healthy and cool climate throughout the year and thus has become a gateway to its new seen tag “Young Pensioners Paradise” and WE at Samraat are proud to be associated as HOME providers to such families who have now become our FAMILY!!
In the year 2006, where a 30-unit project was a thought for this city, WE created an audacious 310-unit project “Dream Citi”. I consider it to be my privilege and honour to introduce you to Samraat Group. A realisation of my passionate pursuit to create a professional enterprise that is rooted in the solid foundations
of trust, shaped by the power of imagination, built by the belief in innovation and quality and cemented by the love of over 4000+ patrons.
Founded in the year 1998, Samraat Group owes its rapid rise to a single-minded resolve of creating pioneering lifestyle concepts that not only defined the skylines of Nashik city but also redefined the lives of Nashikkars.
